All of the bagels at inxpot come from D’s Mountain Bagels, baked right around the corner in Breckenridge.

On any given day we stock a variety of flavors:

• Honey Wheet
• Sesame
• Everything
• Swiss
• Jalapeno Cheddar
• Apple Cinnamon

One of my personal favorites is the Apple Cinnamon, layered with cream cheese and bacon! A wonderful early morning sweet, savory treat.

The Quiche of the day has been flying off the shelf lately, we’ve been upping it to 2-3 varieties each day!

A recent selection:

• Bacon, jalapeño, cream cheese

 

The long ski days at Keystone will take a toll on your energy levels, at inxpot we can get you a great hot sandwich to go on the side of your caffeine fuel. Nothing helps shake off the cold like a hot meal and a hot drink even if it’s a hot buttered rum. Two minutes from the bottom of the gondola you will find your quick fix.

Welcome back Kaila! Making a guest appearance this Sunday was just the beginning. Look for her to be moonlighting every other Sunday or so for the rest of the season. If you’ve missed her as much as we have, you’ll want to stop in and say hi.

Looking to fill the tank before a big day on the slopes at Keystone?

Look no further then the homemade strata at inxpot. Today’s rendition is ham, green chile & brie cheese. Maybe I should say “Today’s edition was“, because it didn’t last long, once the first plate of hot strata came out, the aroma overtook the innocent bystanders and nobody could resist. Pro tip: get the green salsa on the side to add an extra kick of spicy to your morning.
