We’re having fun on Tuesdays for the next couple of weeks with our lead baker (and certified chocolatier), Pauli!

This week’s baked goods were fall inspired pumpkin treats:

Double Glazed Pumpkin Scones

Scones are always a popular morning treat for the sweet (but not to decadent) tooth. Pauli’s creation  pays homage to fall with a fresh baked pumpkin scone featuring a maple glaze layered with a spice glaze.

Pumpkin Cheese Cake Snickerdoodles

To make good use of the remaining pumpkin, she also created a pumpkin flavored snickerdoodle with a cheese cake filling. This decadent little cookie is the perfect finishing touch to your fall lunch with a cappuccino on the side.

Pauli also moonlights creating custom wedding cakes in Breckenridge!

We would like to welcome Jessica’s new daughter, Lily Ann Waldron to inxpot family. Lily entered the world in early July, which is why Jess hasn’t been around much since, but she’s back on the weekends now and if you’re lucky you might get a glimpse of Lily too.

This weekend July 19-20th is the annual Wine and Jazz festival in River Run Village at Keystone Resort. Come select from 100s of wines to sample while enjoying live jazz music on the main stage from Gregory Goodloe, Christof Brownell, Chieli Minucci Band, Stanley Jordan, Oli Silk Band, Matt Marshak and the Marcus Anderson Band.

inxpot will be offering two custom dishes from our tent in the vendor village:

• Gruyere, Prosciutto, Asparagus crustless quiche.
• Red & yellow beet arugula salad with honey kissed balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese and .

Both will be available for $3, we hope to see you here this weekend!

 

Summer’s back in full swing here at inxpot, and this weekend (June 21-22) the annual Bacon Festival is coming to River Run Village. We’re at full force with a full bacon lineup on our menu and at our tent in the village.

• Maple bacon latte
• Jalapeño bacon grits
• Bacon cinnamon rolls
• Maple bacon milk shake
• Bacon Bloody Mary
• Bacon mac and cheese

Stop by this weekend and get stuffed with bacon!

After a few weeks of much needed R&R, inxpot is open for business again. Our reopening has also coincided with winter finally releasing it’s icy grip on our weather pattern, after 4 more feet of snow in early May, the sun is out, the snow is melting and the landscape is turning green, ahhh. The sights and sounds of summer will be a welcome sight in the coming weeks.

We look forward to seeing you soon, we’re open at 7am every day, until 3pm on week days and 5pm on the weekends.
