Smothered Breakfast Burrito
Stopped in hungry today after a morning of skiing powder on Keystone Mountain!
The lovely ladies of inxpot, made up a hearty portion of their signature dish: The Alamo Burrito. Filled with eggs, sausage (or veggie sausage), jack cheese, roasted green chiles and your choice of green (hot) or red (mild) salsa! Topped with their homemade green chile, it really hit the spot!
