With old man winter slow to let go, there’s no better way to spend a snowy-rainy spring morning then sipping on a hot Pumpkin Pie Chai with a slice of homemade Ham and Brie quiche on the side. Catching up with old friends at inxpot breakfast bar and fueling for a day of work makes the longing to get back to those 300 sunny Colorado days a year a little easier…

As mud season gives way to summer, we are open again every day from 7am – 3pm.

Come by for a hot drink, cold smoothie, breakfast & lunch or just to see a smiling face.

As winter loses its grip on Keystone Mountain, inxpot is open until 4/21. We’re here for our out of town guests enjoying some peaceful times in River Run Village and we’re here for the resort employees, who begin the transition from winter season to summer season. Soon these grey snowy mornings will be a distant memory but until then, come in for a hot drink, breakfast and a friendly face.

Stopped in hungry today after a morning of skiing powder on Keystone Mountain!

The lovely ladies of inxpot, made up a hearty portion of their signature dish: The Alamo Burrito. Filled with eggs, sausage (or veggie sausage), jack cheese, roasted green chiles and your choice of green (hot) or red (mild) salsa! Topped with their homemade green chile, it really hit the spot!
