We hope you enjoyed this winter as much as we did, great snow, great people and fond memories! As we unwind and cleanup form this winter, inxpot will be closed April 27th – May 18th.

The favorite local saying is that people come for the winter and stay for the summer. Trust me, it’s beautiful up here when the snow melts and the leaves come out.  We hope to see you soon.

If coffee’s not your thing, inxpot has you covered. We start with loose leaf green tea from Vail Coffee Roasters (Tangerine Green Sencha – A blend of tangerine-flavored green tea, marigold flowers, and orange peel.) add steam milk and a hint of almond syrup to bring it all together and you’ve got a great, non-coffee caffeinated way to kick-start your morning!

We are pleased to announce that in this years Mardi Gras festivities in River Run, that inxpot has placed 2nd for the best beignet and 2nd in the peoples choice category for Jess’s homemade gumbo! Thanks for your votes everybody, we can’t wait for next year.

Looking for some spice in your morning? Stop in for the Magnum (pi) breakfast sandwich. It’s scrambled eggs, pork sausage patty or veggie sausage, pepper jack cheese, salsa and avocado all placed on your choice of bagel, toast or a croissant (I personally recommend the Cheddar Jalapeño bagel and topped with green chile). This will keep you warm and energized for the early morning assault on Keystone Mountain!
