Our Coffee

The Inxpot featured small batch locally roasted coffee for all of our fresh brewed offerings.

Based in Minturn, Colorado since 1989, Vail Mountain Coffee Roasters has been producing high quality coffee by slow roasting green beans at approximately 8000 feet above sea level. The advantage of high altitude roasting is a full-flavored, highly aromatic coffee.

We hand pick a slection of Vail Mountain Coffee for each season, below is what we are currently serving.

Costa Rican

The La Hilda Estate is one of the finest models of sustainable coffee production in Costa Rica. This coffee is grown at altitudes over 3,500 feet. The altitude combined with rich volcanic soil and abundant rainfall give this a medium body with a bright acidity and a nutty finish. Certified Rainforest Alliance.

Tanzanian Peaberry

This small, round peaberry provides a full-flavored, medium-bodied cup with the brightness, associated with African coffees. Rainfall gives this a medium body with bright acidity and an interesting nutty finish.

Inxpot Blend

A combination of dark roasted organic indonesian and central america coffees. This is rich, full bodied and smooth.
